  • Free Exchanges: For sizing issues on most items
  • Quality Guarantee: If it’s not durable enough for your lifestyle, we’ll make it right

Important Exceptions:

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Hunting & Fishing gear that has been used in the field
  • Socks (opened packages)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

How to Return Your Gear

Step 2: Package Your Items

Repackage your items in the original packaging with:

  • All original tags attached
  • Unworn/unused condition
  • Included packing slip or order confirmation

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We’ll provide you with a return shipping label (cost deducted from your refund) or instructions for international returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timeline: 3-5 business days to process
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International Returns: Customs/duties fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For size exchanges on eligible items:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly note “EXCHANGE” and your desired size in your request
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  4. No additional shipping charges for US exchanges

Not sure about sizing for your Ariat boots or Carhartt work pants? Include a note with your order requesting a sizing chart, and we’ll include it with your shipment to help you get it right the first time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
  • We’ll arrange a free return and expedited replacement
  • No need to wait for inspection – we’ll ship your replacement right away
